Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area of your arriving terminal, holding a sign with your name. They will assist with your luggage and escort you directly to your vehicle.

Curbside Pickup

1. Collect Your Luggage: After deplaning, please proceed to the baggage claim area to retrieve all of your belongings.
2. Find Your Exit & Contact Your Driver: Once you have your luggage, exit through any door on the baggage claim level. Note the door number (e.g., 1A, 2D) and call or text your chauffeur with that information.
3. Proceed to Limo Lane: Cross the street to the center island (the "Limo Lane") and wait by the corresponding door number. Your chauffeur will pull up to meet you.
4. Confirm Your Vehicle: For your safety, always confirm the license plate of the vehicle before entering.

| Midway International Airport (MDW)

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators leading down to baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. They will assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.

Curbside Pickup

1. Contact Your Driver: Once you have all your luggage, please call or text your chauffeur directly.
2. Proceed to Door 2: Exit the baggage claim area through Door 2. Cross the street to the center island.
3. Inform Your Driver: Let your driver know you are at the Door 2 center island location. They will pull up to meet you there.
4. Confirm Your Vehicle: For your safety, always confirm the license plate of the vehicle before entering.
