The Legacy Executive Commitment.
With a passion for exceptional service, our journey in luxury ground transportation began long before Legacy Executive Limousine was established. Cesar initially entered the transportation industry in 2013, driving for Uber/Lyft after three years in medical billing and collections. However, his real journey into the professional limousine industry began after he became dissatisfied with the impersonal nature, declining rates, and driver pay policies prevalent in the rideshare sector. This pivotal shift led him to obtain his City of Chicago Chauffeur's License in July 2016 and join a limousine company as an independent contractor.
Since October 2016, his commitment to mastering the art of chauffeured service deepened. As he gained deeper insights into the industry and observed existing limitations, the concept for a truly distinctive service began to form. The blueprint for Legacy Executive Limousine LLC began to take shape in March 2018, born from a desire to redefine luxury transportation—one where quality consistently triumphs over quantity. Through his personal experiences, Cesar observed and ultimately overcame the pitfalls of environments where office politics, favoritism, and declining standards led to a compromised client and driver experience. This often resulted in a decrease in service quality and an inability for dedicated chauffeurs to earn a fair living, particularly during slower seasons. Witnessing companies lose their pride and quality control, leading to the loss of valuable customers and accounts, solidified his resolve to forge a different path and ensure Legacy Executive Limousine would not operate under the same detrimental standards.
Established as an LLC in August 2018, Legacy Executive Limousine initially began operations with a clear vision. However, the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19 unfortunately forced us to temporarily shut down during that time. Having lost everything, Cesar had to start from scratch. In June 2021, as conditions began to normalize, he returned to work as an independent operator in the limousine industry. Despite this return, the chauffeur industry had not evolved; if anything, driver conditions had worsened due to an influx of demand for professional chauffeured services without a corresponding improvement in support or compensation.
Recognizing this persistent need for change and armed with newfound resolve, Cesar, in October 2023, proudly re-opened Legacy Executive Limousine LLC. This re-opening was made with the invaluable help of our esteemed Partner, Georgi. His profound insights and strategic contributions reinforced Cesar's vision that diverse perspectives lead to superior outcomes and exceptional client care. Together, we are committed to providing the finest car service experience available.
