Airport Pickup Procedures

Simple instructions for a smooth connection.

For your peace of mind, your chauffeur will typically send you a text message upon your flight's arrival to confirm they are on-site and ready for your call.

Meet & Greet (Recommended): Look for your driver or our in-house greeter at Baggage Claim with a name sign. (Best for families or VIPs).


Curbside Pickup:

  1. Collect Luggage: Retrieve your bags first.
  2. Contact Driver: Text your chauffeur the Door Number (e.g., 2D).
  3. Go to Limo Lane: Cross into the center lane (Limo Lane).
  4. Depart: Your driver will pull up to you immediately.

Meet & Greet (Recommended): Your chauffeur or our in-house greeter will meet you at the bottom of the escalators near Baggage Claim holding a name sign.


Curbside Pickup:

  1. Collect Luggage: Retrieve your bags first.
  2. Contact Driver: Text your chauffeur when you have your bags.
  3. Go to Door 2: Exit through Door 2 and proceed to the second lane.
  4. Depart: Your chauffeur will meet you there.
